   Hi Ian, I've noticed you've put a few comments up on various topics on here to help people out which I think is great. I'm a boomie obviously but don't have anything going on at the moment. Just like to keep myself doing something even if I'm not getting paid. Keep on keeping them honest.

   hi mate, great to hear from you.... i have no problems working on free gigs. i still do it occaisonly but when people mention deferral i get mad, deferral is bullshit i have done deferral jobs for 20 years and never once have i ever got paid...... i would rather people were honest and say they have no money would you work for free....then i know where i stand. movie making takes money and if the producer cant pay a crew how is he going to pay for all the other things....insurance, food, locations etc etc. well thats my 2 cents.......... hope work is going well for you....when you start out its good to do every job you can...and build up those networks. kind regards, ian dart
